Bushcraft & Survival Skills Day

Posted on: 12/09/2024

On Wednesday 11th September a group of 30 students from across Year 7-11 were invited to the field to take part in an exciting day of Bushcraft activities. George and Imogen from 'The Problem Solving Company' led a fun-filled day of survival activities including building shelters, filtering dirty water, building trebuchet catapults and building stretchers. At the end of the day, students learnt to make fires and celebrated their success as a team by toasting marshmallows around the fire. Well done to all students who took part and thank you to The Sheila Coates Foundation for funding this wonderful day!
