Governance Structures and Meetings

The full Governing Board meets at least four times a year and delegates some responsibilities to two sub-committees, Finance, Audit & Resources and Student Performance, Curriculum & Wellbeing.

Each committee works under the guidance of a Chair, appointed at the first committee meeting of the academic year.

Written terms of reference are reviewed once a year and available to view below as well as other relevant information.
