Year 11 Parent Raising Attainment Evening

Many thanks to all those who attended this event. It was a fantastic opportunity to meet parents and discuss the key strategies that they can put in place to help their child to achieve the very best possible grades. During the meeting, our Headteacher Mrs Jeanes delivered a presentation celebrating our examination success. This followed by our Heads of Department in Maths, English and Science, delivering short presentations about subject specific advice for parents.

Parents also became equipped with a series of retrieval strategies that they can use with their child to help them to revise. These mirrored the activities that are delivered during tutor time after school every day.

The slides for the presentation were sent out to all the parents in Year 11.

Year 11 will be having their first set of CAP exams this academic year starting w/c 16th October and we wish them all the best of luck.
