Tate Modern Art Trip

Year 12 Art & Design students had a fantastic start to the week at the Tate Modern, to get inspiration for the start of their Personal Investigation. 

Many photos were taken, and students are now looking forward to trialling some of the techniques they saw in their own work. 

Alicja said: “The trip was really fun, I got to see many different abstract paintings that helped me expand my choices in media for my personal investigation."

Sendi commented: “I enjoyed the school trip; I saw abstract art that was interesting and sometimes surprising. The most curious part for me was looking at the meaning of the exhibited works because they were really different to what I was thinking it could be."
