Year 7 & Year 10 Brunel University Visit

Earlier this month, Hatch End High School Year 8 and Year 10 students had an exciting opportunity to visit Brunel University to learn about university life and potential careers. The trip was a great way for the students to gain an insight into higher education and learning about the different degrees available.

Year 8 students particularly enjoyed participating in creating their own 'societies', which enabled them to gain valuable skills from presenting their societies to current Brunel students, persuading them to join. One of the Year 8 poster's impressed the Brunel students so much that they will be using it for their society!

In addition, our Year 10 students had the opportunity to network with current undergraduate and postgraduate students from different degree options. Overall, this experience will be invaluable for our Year 10 students as they prepare for their future studies and careers.
