Santander Insight Trip

On the 26th November,  three Year 8 students went to Santander in Watford high street to find out about the world of the Banking.  The session included a visit around the branch, including behind the scenes of what a regular customer would not normally see, as well as information on how a bank generates money, how to stay relevant to their customers’ needs, which services the banks offer and how they remain profitable in such competitive times.  Our students had the opportunity to ask lots of questions, as well as participate in a number of activities;  pictured below with  two members of Santander staff, myself and Miss Barai, who also accompanied us on the trip.
