Sixth Form Rewards Events

December and January have been busy months for the Sixth Form in terms of reward events and we were delighted that so many students had achieved so well during the term in order to be eligible to attend or receive a reward.

We concluded the autumn term with rewards' assemblies for each of Year 12 and Year 13 during which we reviewed the term and rewarded those students with excellent attendance and those who had been singled out for SLT praise. Eligible students were entered for a raffle and winners were able to choose a fiction or non-fiction book which was then labelled and signed for them in recognition of their achievement.

On the last day of the autumn term, students who performed exceptionally in terms of progress in the autumn term exams were invited to the Headteacher's breakfast. These students also had the opportunity to attend our post-CAP exam award event early in the new year with their parents and will have the opportunity of a free trip in the summer. Well done to all who were nominated, or won awards or prizes during any of these events, we recognise and acknowledge the hard work and positive energy that has led to your noteworthy results.
