Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) workshop - CSI Thriller
Posted on: 16/06/2017On Monday, 12th and Tuesday, 13th June, a group of Year 10 students partook in a CSI Thriller workshop delivered by Thinkers in Education. The first day they visited Brunel University and started the fictional autopsy of Louise Moser. In order to determine her cause of death they had to do various tasks such as processing a crime scene, fingerprinting, blood splatter analysis. On the second day they continued the workshop at Hatch End High School with DNA extraction, toxicology investigation and finally suspect investigations. This was a fantastic experience for all students involved and they were praised for their commitment and hard work.
